Policy on use of cookies

Occasionally it is possible that we will use a technology known as “cookies” for the purpose of providing a series of contents and/or services in a personalised way. A “cookie” is a small element of data which a web site sends to the User’s web browser program.

In turn, this element may be stored on the user’s computer hard disc so that we can recognise it when it returns to our web site. Nevertheless, in all cases the user has the possibility of specifying in the preferences of the browser program that he wishes, so as always to receive a warning before accepting any “cookie”.

The data which will be stored on each “cookie” are as follow: language, date and time of the last time the user visited our web site, the design of the contents which the user chose in their first visit to the web and security elements which are involved in the control of access to restricted areas.
This web site uses the following cookies:

From this web site we study the preferences of our users (demographic features, traffic patterns and other data which taken as a whole help understand the profile and behaviour of our users). Tracking user preferences helps us to improve our page and also our services.

To do so, we use the Google Analytics system (a Google tool for measuring web traffic), which can store cookies on your computer to help us gather data which will only be used for statistical purposes and for studying the behaviour of the users of our web site. The data which the cookie gathers (including the IP) is stored and transmitted to the Google web servers in the US. Google will use this data to monitor your activity on our web site and produce reports for the purpose of identifying the use made of the web. Google may share this information with third parties when so required by current legislation. By accepting this policy you accept the use by Google of the information gathered by Google Analytics.

We also use Cookies from Google Maps to view geographical locations. These cookies are entirely administered by Google.

You can set up your browser to deny permission for cookies to be stored on your computer.
